Dubai’s leading culinary destination gears up for a month of unmissable culinary experiences featuring appearances by renowned celebrity chefs, exclusive collaborations, and can’t-miss offers during Atlantis Restaurant Week.
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – Renowned as one of the world’s premier dining destinations, Atlantis Dubai is thrilled to announce the sixth edition of its acclaimed Culinary Month, taking place from Friday 1st November to Sunday 8th December. Throughout the month, Atlantis Dubai invites guests to enjoy curated dining experiences from celebrated chefs across the region, as well as award-winning celebrity chefs like Nobu Matsuhisa, Gastón Acurio, Ariana Bundy and Mich Turner. Culinary Month will kick off with the highly anticipated Atlantis Restaurant Week, with set menus featuring signature dishes from world-class restaurants, including Nobu Dubai, Hakkasan, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen and many more. The activities will span both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, two iconic resorts that boast the highest number of award-winning restaurants in the region, further cementing its position as one of the most recognised dining destinations in the world.
The Best Chef Awards Gala
Atlantis Dubai is pleased to announce that the 8th annual The Best Chef Awards Gala event will be hosted at the iconic Asateer Tent at Atlantis, The Palm on Wednesday 6th November. This will mark the start of Atlantis Dubai’s yearly Culinary Month. Set to be the largest edition in its history, this year’s awards will reflect the expanding influence of The Best Chef platform and Dubai’s growing prominence in the global culinary world. The event will welcome an impressive lineup of culinary figures from across the world, underscoring its status as the premier stage for culinary excellence. The awards will also shine a light on Dubai’s leading chefs such as Grégoire Berger of Ossiano, emerging culinary talents such as Executive Pastry Chef of Atlantis The Royal, Christophe Devoille and local award candidates including Arianna Bundy of Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, further highlighting the breadth of culinary expertise that the region has to offer.

Culinary Month will kick off with Atlantis Restaurant Week spanning from Friday 1st to Saturday 16th November, allowing diners to savour specially curated set menus at a fraction of the price from 12 of Atlantis Dubai’s renowned restaurants. Visitors to Atlantis The Royal can enjoy highlights including a Michelin-starred dining experience, where Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will showcase a four-course menu featuring some of the restaurant’s most iconic dishes inspired by the tastes and flavours of Britain through various centuries such as its iconic Meat Fruit (c.1500). One of the finest Greek Mediterranean restaurants in the world, estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis welcomes diners to enjoy a specially set menu while gazing over the iconic Skyblaze fountain. Additionally, Dubai’s hottest entertainment and lifestyle destination, Ling Ling, is sure to be a hit with its exquisite contemporary Asian four-course menu complimented by a signature cocktail.
Visitors to the iconic Atlantis, The Palm, can choose to dine at Michelin-starred Hakkasan with an enticing nine-course set menu, curated by Executive Chef Andy Toh that highlights the finest in Cantonese cuisine. Meanwhile, Nobu Dubai will present a six-course menu showcasing the best of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine. Guests can also opt for a two-course set menu that celebrates the flavoursome journey throughout South America at En Fuego.
