On Saturday, 30th November, guests are invited to Gastronomy dining hall at Atlantis The Royal for an unforgettable four-hour gastronomic journey, featuring iconic dishes from some of the destination’s most acclaimed restaurants.
Following the overwhelming success of the ‘Feast of Dreams’ during Atlantis The Royal’s Grand Reveal weekend, the once-in-a-lifetime dining experience returns as the grand finale of the sixth edition of Atlantis Dubai’s popular Culinary Month. Attendees can look forward to signature cuisine from celebrity chef restaurants by Nobu Matsuhisa, José Andrés, Ariana Bundy, Mich Turner, and Gastón Acurio all under one roof.
‘Feast of Dreams’ is set to bring together a celebrated lineup of world-renowned restaurants, including Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, La Mar by Gastón Acurio, Ling Ling, Jaleo by José Andrés, Nobu Dubai, estiatorio Milos, and more. The curated evening promises guests a taste of the extraordinary, including a variety of authentic Greek spreads and tomato salad from estiatorio Milos, superb sushi and sashimi by Nobu Dubai, and the famed Meat Fruit (c.1500), a Michelin-starred creation from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. A plethora of gastronomic masterpieces at eight celebrity chef cooking stations, as well as the vibrant flavours of En Fuego, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar by Gordon Ramsay, and expertly carved steaks from Seafire Steakhouse will complete the exclusive event. Guests will begin with a glass of champagne at the table and enjoy panoramic views of the stunning Palm Island and Dubai Marina. Guests can enjoy an immersive culinary experience, with kitchen and action stations surrounding the diners.
Priced at AED 695 ages 14 and above, the remarkable gastronomical event features 17 live cooking stations, four bars and an enticing array of over 100 delectable dishes at Gastronomy, Dubai’s beloved gourmet dining hall.
