Led by Executive Chef William Chaaban, Aquario promises a sophisticated dining experience that honours both the palate and the planet
United Arab Emirates-: The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah, announces the reopening of Aquario, its signature beachfront restaurant, now offering an enhanced culinary experience that celebrates the very best of sustainably sourced seafood. Following a thoughtful refinement of its menu and beverage offerings, Aquario promises an unforgettable dining experience, led by Executive Chef William Chaaban and officially reopens on 2nd October.
Aquario’s new menu places sustainability at the heart of its cuisine, focusing on fresh, responsibly obtained ingredients. The culinary highlights include signature dishes like Wild Halibut in a pistachio crust, served with saffron mash and finished with a port wine cream sauce, Prawns Flambéed with sambuca, Seafood Cataplana, Black Spaghetti Astice featuring succulent Canadian lobster and a rich tomato sauce, and the aromatic Sea Bass in Salt, baked with herbs de Provence and served with a vibrant sauce vierge.
“We are committed to delivering a seafood dining experience that not only satisfies the palate but also supports the planet,” said Chef William Chaaban. “Our menu combines graceful simplicity with a deep respect for seasonal ingredients, ensuring every dish reflects the best of the sea’s bounty.”
To round off the experience, the dessert menu includes the Tarte au Agrumes, a citrus tart topped with Italian meringue, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. To complement the new cuisine, Aquario also presents a refreshed cocktail menu and an extensive wine list curated by the restaurant’s sommeliers, featuring selections from both old and new world vineyards.
Located on the shores of Al Zorah, Aquario’s reopening further elevates The Oberoi Beach Resort’s reputation for luxury. Nestled amid lush mangroves and the serene coastal landscape, the resort offers guests a sanctuary of relaxation, complete with world-class dining, wellness, and outdoor activities.
