Diners will be welcomed to the Italian culinary haven that is Bussola where a four-course Valentine’s set menu awaits to tantalise the tastebuds. The evening begins with a glass of bubbly upon arrival and a light yet flavourful Crab and Avocado salad to start the meal, followed by heart-shaped Beetroot Ravioli stuffed with Lobster and Passion Fruit. Guests will enjoy live music as they await the second course of Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Potato Cream, and for a sweet ending, a special Valentine dessert from the Chef.
Those looking to add some spice to their celebration can make their way to Kasturi for a selection of Indian delicacies. The Chef has curated a special Valentine’s Day sharing menu with a variety of options including Kolhapur Chicken, Tandoori Lamb Chops, Chicken Pasanda and a choice of a unique Gulab Jamun Cheesecake or Warm Carrot Strudel to end the meal. Guests will also have an option of vegetarian and vegan dishes to choose from upon request.
