Dubai, UAE-: Embracing COYA’s DNA and dedication to the art of mixology, COYA Dubai is thrilled to take Amigos de COYA, its revolutionary guest bartending event, overseas for the very first time.
Elevating the revolutionary bartending series to the next level, the collaboration will see COYA Dubai Bar Manager Samy Rathnayake and COYA Dubai Senior Bartender Riccardo Unyen Smith host unmissable mixology experiences at two of New Delhi’s most famous and successful bars.
Showcasing COYA’s passion for Peruvian culture and its award-winning mixology expertise, Samy and Riccardo will be treating guests at Sidecar and Home Deli to an array of COYA’s most delicious and creative concoctions.
Currently ranked number 26 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and number 14 on Asia’s Best Bars, Sidecar is an artisanal cocktail bar known for its incredible atmosphere, friendly team and artistic cocktails.
Ran by world-renowned bartenders Yangdup Lama and Minakshi Singh, the venue prides itself on making the finest cocktails in India. The bar team ensures maximum flavour is delivered in every sip by making its own array of bitters, syrups and herbal infusions, and the menu spans everything from classic creations to bespoke seasonal recipes.
Split over two floors, the revolving programme of live music, book readings and other special events maintains the creative and intimate ambiance. Sharing COYA’s dedication to art, music and mixology, Sidecar is honoured to welcome the COYA Dubai, and give them a platform from which to share their best and most enticing recipes.
Following the event at Sidecar, Samy and Riccardo will next head to Home Delhi, the exclusive bar and club ranked number 30 on Asia’s 50 Best Bar list 2022.

COYA Dubai will visit Sidecar on Tuesday, February 14 and Home Delhi on Wednesday, February 15.
