A refined sunset-to-table experience blending Nikkei flavours, crafted Ramadan beverages and Downtown’s most atmospheric setting.

Dubai, UAE: As the sun dips behind the skyline and the city eases into the rhythm of Ramadan evenings, Amelia Dubai invites guests to gather for an Iftar experience that is as soulful as it is sophisticated. Set within its striking retro-futuristic interiors at Address Sky View, the Japanese-Peruvian dining destination unveils a thoughtfully curated set menu that blends tradition, flavour and atmosphere in true Amelia style.

Priced at AED 295 per person and served daily from 6pm to 8pm, the experience begins with the comforting rituals of the season – plump dates, warming miso corn soup infused with ginger and coriander, and a vibrant guacamole with aji amarillo, yuzu kosho and crisp plantain chips, designed for sharing at the table.

From there, the journey unfolds through Amelia’s signature Nikkei lens. Highlights include the indulgent Rollo de Camarones, where shrimp, halloumi and avocado meet kimchi and truffle cream, alongside soft, pillowy Wagyu Bao layered with shiitake, caramelised onions and melted fontina. Fresh, textured salads such as Ageta – a crisp mix of shiitake, daikon, mizuna and green apple with a hint of togarashi – add brightness and balance.

For the main course, guests can choose from a selection that caters to every palate: from corn-fed Pollo Asado with karashi and aji limo, and perfectly grilled Sea Bass with aji yuzu, to Australian Wagyu MB5 tenderloin, truffle-laced Risotto Nero, miso-glazed salmon, or the comforting Flammkuchen à la Truffe, layered with cheeses, mushrooms and truffle cream.

The experience is elevated further with a collection of bespoke, non-alcoholic Ramadan beverages crafted in partnership with Lyre’s. From the floral and aromatic Zahrat Amelia with rose, saffron and yuzu, to the refreshing Shiso Spiced Virgin Mojito and the intriguing Dates End at the Gulf – a digestive blend of spiced cane, espresso and hazelnut – each drink is designed to complement the flavours of the menu and the spirit of the season. A selection of warming teas, from hibiscus to black tea with cardamom, rounds off the evening.

Dessert brings a sweet finale, with a choice between the light, citrus-kissed Passion Yuzu Cheesecake or the indulgent Pelota de Chocolate, served with vanilla ice cream.

Blending refined gastronomy, immersive design and a sense of occasion, Amelia’s Ramadan Iftar is crafted for long conversations, shared plates and unhurried evenings – a place where tradition meets contemporary dining in one of Downtown Dubai’s most atmospheric settings.
