Dubai, United Arab Emirates –: To mark the 51st UAE National Day, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is offering guests a memorable dining experience under the stars at the resort’s Middle Eastern favorite, Amaseena. Diners are invited to experience Emirati-themed flavors with a live BBQ night featuring traditional dishes including kingfish machboos, chicken thereed, lamb harees, and vegetable salona.

From Bedouin-inspired tents under the night skies to the soft tunes of the Arabian oud playing, guests are immersed in desert-inspired enchantment at the award-winning restaurant. To celebrate UAE’s 51st National Day, diners can select from various options of Arabic cuisine, including the traditional lamb ouzi, served on special occasions with Emirati-flavoured rice, onions, pine nuts, and spices.

The buffet also features a live grill station of shish tawook, lamb chops, shish kabab and lamb kofta, in addition to a delectable selection of local seafood, from sherry fish to Omani lobster. To end on a sweet note, guests can choose from a selection of delightful traditional desserts with luqaimat with date syrup and sesame as well as a traditional Emirati pumpkin dessert, aseeda bobar, complimented by a cup of Arabic coffee and Moroccan tea.
