The AlUla Wellness Festival offers aside from wellness and outdoor activities – music, art, culture, and heritage, including art experiences and concerts.

The two-week festival has launched the official ticket sale, offering free workshops to high-end experiences

AlUla Moments announced more details about this year’s lineup of world-class wellness activities industry experts appearing at the highly anticipated AlUla Wellness Festival 2023, which returns for its third edition from October 19 to November 4.

Renowned for fostering well-being of the mind, body and soul, the two-week flagship festival is back to take visitors on a unique wellness journey. Honoring AlUla’s legacy as place of rest and revitalization, the AlUla Wellness Festival presents a wide range of holistic workshops and activities deeply influenced by AlUla’s abundant historical and natural heritage.

International yoga, meditation and wellness practitioners will join local and regional experts as guests enjoy sensory experiences offering physical, spiritual, mental and emotional replenishment. Alongside engaging experiences, interactive workshops and inspiring talks by leading specialists, guests can also engage in rewarding nature-centered activities that help preserve AlUla breathtaking environment.

Tickets for the limited capacity two-weeks festival are available now. From free workshops to full-board couples retreats, there is something for every wellness, sport, and nature enthusiast.

The Five Senses Sanctuary Experience

Date: October 19 to November 5

This year’s edition of the ‘Five Senses Sanctuary’ is taking place at AlUla Fresh Farm and will include immersive experiences such as yoga sessions, guided meditations, talks and mindfulness workshops led by world-class wellness experts.

These include Sarah Farhoud, Sul- Ao Lado, Nassib Bouchebel, Ayman, Yogestu Akasaka, Yogi Dali, Wasaif Alhenaki, Horeya Gashgari, Master Can, and more who will guide participants towards a deeper understanding of themselves. Speakers Hala Kazim, Life Educational Coach and Public Speaker and her son Anas Bukhash, Entrepreneur and Interviewer, will also be giving a talk on the first day of the event.

Art Experiences by Yayoi Kusama

Date: All day beginning October 19

This year’s Wellness Festival edition will feature a one-of-a-kind art installation: a mesmerizing Infinity Room by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

Set within AlUla’s Al Jadidah District, the art installation reflects the deep connection of the AlUla landscape. Entry is free, inviting all to experience the magic of Kusama’s art.

Detox Mind, Body & Soul itineraries

Date: October 19 to November 4

Holistic detox itineraries were carefully curated for this year’s festival to cleanse the mind, body and soul of all attendees.

These programs include access to the Five Senses Sanctuary for yoga, detox-focused food plans, health consultations and revitalizing spa treatments.

Heritage Restoration Experience

Date: October 19 to November 4

Visitors will discover the heart and soul of AlUla through “voluntourism” initiatives as they embrace collaborative workshops that address palm frond waste issues and immerse themselves in AlUla’s rich heritage and culture through hands-on experiences.

Eco-Gardening Tourism

Date: October 19 to November 4

Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the vibrant Oasis environment through an eco-gardening experience.

Within this interactive activity, they will have the chance to explore the distinctive local flora and fauna, engage with indigenous farmers and experience firsthand the art of sowing seeds.

Anyah Cooking Classes

Date: October 19 to March 10

Craft culinary memories with loved ones during chef-led cooking classes at the Anya Cooking Class experience. These classes draw inspiration from AlUla’s rich culinary heritage and the Oasis’s locally grown produce. Anyah will offer four types of live cooking classes, capped at 6 pax for each class: Group Journey, Family Journey, Saudi Coffee Journey and Romantic Journey for couples. Duration of each classes varies between 2 hours to 3 hours.

Couples Retreat

Date: October 19 to November 4

Within this experience, couples can discover an even deeper connection as they partake in shared workshops and meaningful activities, embarking on a shared journey of reflection and personal growth.

Tickets for this transformative four-night retreat, guided by specialised therapists, include one tent per couple, airport pick-up and drop-off, breakfast, lunch and daily dinner, as well as one romantic dinner in a canyon and much more like Hegra Tour and Stargazing.
