The UAE’s family-favourite, Lebanese dining concept is strengthening its commitment to a healthy new year in collaboration with none other than, Fadi el Khatib. Kickstarting 2023 on a strong note of ‘healthy’, Allo Beirut has joined forces with the iconic athlete to launch the Healthy Box. The budget-friendly box is set to become a permanent player on the restaurant’s award-winning menu to encourage balanced eating, all year round. It is macro-counted, rich in protein and more importantly, is true to the authentic flavours of a Lebanese kitchen.
The restaurant, usually known for its ‘laid-back’ setting is switching gears to ‘active mode’ with the launch of the Healthy Box. Celebrated Basketball player, Fadi el Khatib has come on board to supercharge this launch with a range of his very own favourites from Allo Beirut! His curation, including components serving the right balance of protein alongside fibre-rich carbs, surely gives a peek into the secret behind his enviable athletic form. With Allo Beirut, the sports icon has curated a balanced meal box, carefully choosing some of the most healthy dishes available on the restaurant’s award-winning menu.
Designed keeping in mind the protein needs of an active individual, the newly launched Healthy Box is available in two sizes, each offering 4 meat options for the choice of protein. The Regular size offers 300g of protein (with an option to opt for white tawouk, red tawouk, beef fillet or mixed meat) alongside a refreshing Arabic salad and a side of aptly portioned rice starting from AED 45! The Supreme size includes the same components in addition to a portion of lentil soup, a bottle of carrot juice and a super protein ball from Fade Fit, and is available starting from AED 65! The meticulously portioned food, which offers a precise count of protein, carbs and fats, has just the right mix of all things wholesome without compromising on the lip-smacking flavors that the restaurant is rightly known for.
