Dubai, UAE-: Earlier this month, Address Beach Resort collaborated with the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to honour the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD). Recognised annually on 3 December by the United Nations, this day highlights the rights, wellbeing, and leadership of persons with disabilities. To mark this occasion, the resort recently hosted a special event on Sunday, 8 December, featuring a hotel tour and a festive gingerbread house-making activity for families from Dubai’s POD (People of Determination) community.
In partnership with IBCCES, the event brought together POD families to kick-start the festive season with an inspiring day of fun and inclusivity. Guests enjoyed a hotel tour to explore the resort’s world-class amenities and accessibility features, followed by a hands-on gingerbread house-making activity, which was a fun experience for the children and their families.
