Paying homage to cherished childhood memories, LPM presents a heartwarming dessert that reflects familial traditions: the Riz au Lait à la Rhubarbe.

In the cosy confines of French households, Sundays often evoked the comforting aromas of home-cooked delights, with rice pudding reigning supreme as a symbol of familial warmth and affection. Now, LPM’s Group Pastry Chef Benjamin Clement invites guests to relive those tender moments with a modern twist, reimagining this classic dessert with the seasonal allure of rhubarb. The creamy rice pudding, infused with fragrant vanilla pods, delicately intertwines with the tangy sweetness of rhubarb compote, offering a symphony of flavours that evoke the nostalgic memories of childhood and the love of maternal figures.

To complement this delicious dessert, LPM Restaurant & Café has added a contemporary twist on the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail. LPM Riyadh will be serving its mocktail Cosmopolite, with vibrant berry fruit and zesty citrus notes that pair beautifully with the pudding.

Priced at SAR 70, the Riz au Lait à la Rhubarbe will be available from the 21st of March to the 7th of April at LPM Restaurant & Café, as well as other locations globally.
