Dubai, United Arab Emirates  – Ringing the festive season bells in Barcelona in true Catalonian fashion, Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona has crafted a merry feast for its visitors during this period, inviting them to wrap their senses within a space of intimate luxury and refined glamour as they enjoy the innovative, and traditionally authentic, spread of the hotel chefs’ creations.

From Christmas’ Eve on 24th December until New Year’s Day on 1st January, the hotel will be hosting hearty feasts for couples, families, and groups, serving joyous memories for adults and children alike enchanting them with live music performances, fun activities, while surrounded by festive decor.

On Christmas Eve, 24th December, a sumptuous dinner awaits guests at Restaurant SOLC*, where they will be treated to a culinary experience of authentic taste, featuring crispy nori cone with salmon tartare and tobiko, seafood bouillabaisse, free-range duck and chicken galantine with pistachios, black chanterelle mushrooms, foie gras and a sherry jelly, sole roasted in its own juices with celery textures and black truffle, while the dessert includes black forest Christmas log and nougats and wafers with whipped cream. Children will be treated to their own spread for Christmas Eve, which includes chicken noodle soup, diced monkfish in batter, sirloin of veal with fried potatoes, chocolate and caramel Christmas ball, and to satisfy their little sweet tooth, the dessert will be candy festival with petazetas popping candy.

Christmas Day brunch at Restaurant SOLC** will see guests enjoy a relaxed meal within an intimate setting, where live music will be playing, and a surprise activity awaiting children. The brunch will display a myriad of flavours, from signature Majestic appetizers, finest Mediterranean seafood, small marmite with crab cream and saffron croutons, mini veal tournedos with Café de Paris sauce, in addition to a special desert buffet with Jean Marie Hiblot chocolate and hazelnut cake, lemon cake, vanilla and caramel mille-feuille, nougats and wafers with whipped cream.

The Boxing day feast spread at Restaurant SOLC’s*** offers lunch with authentic dishes and Majestic signature appetizers and desserts on 26th December, with a special kids’ menu to keep them engaged with festivities, building up the excitement for the big celebration on 31st December with the New Year’s Eve festivities, starting with a relaxed environment, special menu and soft music at both Bar Del Majestic and La Dolce Vitae rooftop bar where guests can enjoy the Barcelona midnight fireworks. For the main hotel event, dinner will be hosted inside the Mediterraneo event room****, where a lavish setting will be complemented with an upscale feast, featuring macaron of duck foie gras and smoked eel, steak tartare of organic beef from Lleida, monkfish roast beef on a puff pastry coca with leeks, saffron mayonnaise and Oscietra caviar, sirloin steak with a bordelaise sauce, parmentier potatoes and Garrotxa blue cheese, chocolate tree with nougat, Catalan biscuit rolls and San Silvestre petits fours, and other mouth-watering delicacies. Restaurant SOLC***** will be hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner with exclusive creations to its cuisine and the occasion.
