FIVE SENSES SANCTUARY
A major catalyst behind the AlUla Wellness Festival’s influence, impact, and success since its inception, the Five Senses Sanctuary is back with a brand new series of immersive, sensory-based wellness experiences. Running daily from 7:30 AM until 8:30 PM at AlUla Fresh Farm, visitors can revitalise their senses and rejuvenate their core through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness sessions led by world-class experts. A combination of 1-1 sessions and group classes is offered to create unforgettable memories.
ALL DAY I DREAM
A firm fan-favourite among AlUla Wellness Festival audiences, the All Day I Dream music concerts returns live from AlUla across two nights on October 17-18. Each event is uniquely curated to transport the audience from a dancefloor into an immersive dreamscape – sound-tracked by DJs from the All Day I Dream record label. HEGRA SOUND BATH
Through breathing techniques, easy stretches and soothing frequencies, visitors will be guided on an immersive sound journey under the glow of the full moon at Hegra, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World heritage Site.
