Mediterranean restaurant YAVA located in Jumeirah 1’s dining destination, Wasl 51, has launched a new business lunch menu that’s now available on weekdays from 12pm to 4pm.
Inviting diners to enjoy delicious, wholesome fare from the Med at an approachable price point, the lunch costs AED 99 for three courses.
The quality-driven lunch offering includes a delicious range of dishes to choose from including starters like Arancini balls filled with cheesy risotto, traditional Palestinian Musakhan pretzels filled with tender chicken, North African tabouleh comprising couscous mixed with cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, mint and lemon olive oil dressing, plus more.
The hearty midday meal continues with a choice of mains, including tempting options such as olive chicken tajine – a traditional North African dish presenting marinated chicken thighs cooked in a tajine stew with spices and olives, baked honey lemon salmon served with sauteed mini potatoes and asparagus, homemade chicken meatballs on a bed of lemon butter orzo, feta yoghurt and sundried tomato salsa, plus other mouthwatering options.
Concluding the experience on a sweet note, options for dessert include tiramisu, burnt cheesecake, and Nutella khamse – a trio of indulgence that harmonises with the Mediterranean spirit.
Commenting on the launch of YAVA’s business lunch, Basil Yassin, Owner of YAVA, said: “Our business lunch is a testament to our dedication in providing an exceptional dining experience that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. We are excited to offer a diverse selection of dishes that cater to every palate, while ensuring our guests enjoy the true essence of Mediterranean cuisine.”
