TiNDLE Partners with Mint Leaf of London for a Sumptuous Menu of Contemporary Indian Dishes

A sumptuous TiNDLE experience awaits diners at one of Dubai’s favourite destinations for Indian cuisine, Mint Leaf of London, with a range of mouth-watering dishes prepared with chicken made from plants.  

The fine-dining restaurant located in Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC is serving up three indulgent dishes made with a contemporary twist and includes the Sticky TiNDLE BaoFaux Butter Chicken topped with sour cream, and the Five Spice TiNDLE served with pounded pesto.

Mint Leaf of London offers menu options that cater to every palate with a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, now further diversified with the addition of TiNDLE on their menu.

TiNDLE is a gamechanger in the culinary world, using only a fraction of the land, water, and energy used to produce meat from birds, and made using only nine simple and non-GMO ingredients such as water, soy, sunflower oil, and coconut oil.

Launched in March 2021, TiNDLE is the first product from global food tech company Next Gen Foods, which started as a chef’s favourite at select restaurants in Singapore. After gaining acclaim and popular consumer feedback in the country, TiNDLE quickly expanded to other culinary epicentres including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, New York City, London, and most recently Berlin.
