The stylish coffee house, bistro, boutique, and gallery has unveiled a fresh pizza menu for the summer season. Among the new offerings is a showstopping creation featuring an entire steamed lobster!
For pizza aficionados seeking the ultimate gourmet experience, the limited edition Whole Lobster Pizza (Dhs140) is a decadent dish that promises to satisfy even the most discerning palates. The handcrafted crust is topped with a rich white sauce, creamy mozzarella, and a whole steamed lobster cooked to perfection, finished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and a drizzle of lemon butter sauce.
In addition to the Whole Lobster Pizza, the menu features a range of other delicious options, including a Black Truffle Pizza (Dhs85), Goat Cheese & Caramelised Onion Pizza (Dhs65), Chicken & Pesto Pizza (Dhs65), and Lobster Sauce Pizza (Dhs65).
“Our menu is all about pushing boundaries and exploring new flavour profiles,” said the cafe’s co-founder, Mohammed Abdulla Al Sahlawi. “The Whole Lobster Pizza is the perfect example of that. It’s an indulgent dish but also a little quirky, and I know that our customers are going to be excited to try it”.
