Strong footfall with nearly 10,000 visitors
Dubai, UAE- The 19th edition of the International Property Show organised by Strategic Conferences & Exhibitions under the patronage of Dubai Land Department (DLD), concluded its work at Dubai World Trade Centre amid a large turnout of nearly 10,000 visitors and professionals interested in the UAE real estate sector.
The last day of IPS 2023 witnessed the announcement of Plaque ARAA Land Transcendence company as the first position winner of the YPN Awards, which were initiated by the Young Professionals Network (YPN) as a platform for Prop Tech startups to compete in the field of using IT to help individuals and companies seek, purchase, sell and manage properties.
Dawood Al-Shezawi, IPS President, said: “Dubai real estate market is witnessing an increasing growth and rising indices of property companies’ sales, with the emirate maintaining its distinguished position as a favorite destination for foreign investors thanks to Dubai’s flexible policies and transparent legislation which aim to provide benefits to foreign investors and property buyers”.
Dawood Al-Shezawi also expected further real estate sector growth and a powerful inflow of foreign investments, which will, in turn, drive sales against a background of a large increase of return on property investments.
Owners and presidents of participating real estate companies said that the majority of visitors were interested in purchasing, noting that many direct purchase transactions were conducted during the three days of IPS, and adding that the real estate market will witness high growth rates, especially in Dubai, whose real estate sector has been experiencing rising growth and increasing activities over the recent years.
There was a large turnout of visitors to the pavilions of participating real estate companies, such as Miami Realtors, D& B, Ravi Urban Development Authority – CBD Punjab, International Realty Group, LLC Next Sales, Florida Realtors, Sunny Development Group, and many other property corporations. Visitors to the pavilions sought to learn about best prices and offerings available at the various pavilions of IPS 2023.
The third day of IPS featured several panel discussions and workshops, organised by the Young Professionals Network (YPN), where experts discussed the realities and latest developments of real estate sector, exchanged views on the sector’s challenges and opportunities and drew attention to the rising growth trend of the various property sectors in Dubai.
The second edition of the “Property Think Tank Program” — organised by IPS’ strategic partner, the Property Network Partnership — held 4 sessions, where a group of real estate experts provided their insightful experiences and knowledge and discussed the 4 major pillars of Crowdfunding, Marketing, Regulations, and Smart & Sustainable Cities. The Property Think Tank Program ended with issuing a set of recommendations, ideas and innovative solutions to address the current and future challenges of the real estate sector.
Since day one, IPS has raised extensive interest among global guests as well as real estate industry’s experts and pioneers. The 19th edition witnessed the participation of more than 120 real estate exhibitors from more than 40 countries all over the world, and achieved a remarkable success that proves the event’s vital importance and leading position in the real estate industry.
