• The latest experiences added to Dubai’s most luxurious and exclusive Robata experience include ‘TAKERU’ Yakiniku and ‘NOZOMI’ Shabu Shabu that both use only A5BMS12, the highest grade of kobe beef sourced from Japan. ‘

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES-: Already famed for its exceptional Omakase dining, and following its successful grand opening, The Robata has launched two new menus using only A5BMS12 kobe beef imported from Japan. Presenting a marble score of BMS12, the highest marble grade possible to receive and some of the rarest beef in the world, it comes with a certificate of authenticity when ordering to show the origin of the cut.

The Robata is the same owner as TakaHisa Japanese Restaurant, also in Caesar’s Palace, that’s included in the famed UAE Michelin Guide 2023 and the only Japanese restaurant in the UAE to have been awarded two toques by Gault et Millau.

The Takeru Yakiniku menu showcases six different cuts of quality beef, each paired with a unique sauce to heighten the flavours of the meat. One of the most dazzling menus currently being presented in the Middle East, Takeru Yakiniku combines both raw and seared beef, with the wagyu burger in a homemade brioche bun being amongst the most popular for its juicy melt-in-the-mouth meat that seeps rich juices into a fluffy freshly baked bun. Dishes on the Yakinuku menu are paired with fresh salads chosen to compliment the flavoursome beef.

The second latest addition to The Robata menu is the Nozomi Shabu Shabu experience, which similar to Yakiniku serves only beef, but instead in a hot pot style with thinly sliced meat and fresh vegetables such as mushrooms, cabbage and leeks. Prepared using only high-quality sirloin that’s also eaten raw, the Nozomi Shabu Shabu menu is created to wow.

All vegetables in this hot pot menu are imported from Japan, including the Kelp used to flavour the broth that’s handpicked from Rishiri, a volcanic island in the Sea of Japan off the coast of Hokkaido and chosen for its fragrant and light taste. This menu is heightened by the addition of two homemade sauces, ponzu, a Japanese citrus juice that Robata has added high-quality bonito fish flakes and goma-dare made using only Japanese sesame seeds.

Similar to TakaHisa Japanese Restaurant, guests to Robata can expect their order served inside designer luggage and to see a fashionable barista set on display used for the daily award-winning flare show.

The Robata is open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and is in the Julius Building at Caesars Palace Resort. For reservations, please contact +971 4 556 6689 and deliveries can be ordered via https://robata.ae/ or deliveroo.
