Start off the dining experience with a fresh entrada, such as ‘Provoleta Asada’, made of melted provolone cheese, Nduja, toasted corn bread. Try something off the grill or Parilla, such as ‘Dorada Zarandeado’butterflied seabreamsmokey tomato adobo, and sea asparagus. Dive into the main course or principales with ‘Lomo Saltado’, a sauteed beef tenderloin, coriander rice served with asparagus. There’s always room for dessert, or postres, indulge in Antillean flan and  dulce de leche or treat yourself to ‘Torta de Queso’, a baked cheesecake, beetroot ice cream.
