BB Social Dining is the newest addition to Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s exquisite dining offerings on Al Maryah Island
Rosewood Abu Dhabi unveils BB Social Dining’s first location in the UAE’s capital of Abu Dhabi. The popular, home-grown concept, first launched in Dubai’s Financial District in 2017, taking flavours from around the world and incorporating them into creative dishes. The menu is a luxurious selection of modern Eastern cuisine with an inclusive, yet not exclusive approach to dining including vegan, vegetarian, and meat-based dishes.
The style of food is created around the concept of giving guests the freedom to design their own experiences based on single-plate dishes of Baos, Bowls, Bites, and BBQ specialties. While you can expect BB Social Dining signature dishes in the capital including Cauliflower Popcorn, Tuna Crispy Rice and Wagyu Katsu, they’ll also be serving up exclusive menu items for the Abu Dhabi clientele. The array of scrumptious yet quirky desserts will satisfy not only the eyes but the taste buds as well.
The interior is designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that emphasises clean lines, natural materials, and a warm yet inviting atmosphere. The Abu Dhabi venue, whilst embracing the core fundamentals of DIFC, has a unique twist. Featuring artwork by local talent, and an outside shisha area are just some of the elements that will ensure your dining experience in Abu Dhabi is one you will want to repeat.
Co-founders Chef Alexander Stump and Spero Panagakis are humbled to introduce the concept to the capital and are looking forward to meeting new and loyal guests. The dynamic duo’s commitment extends beyond their passion for food and guest experiences, ensuring that every visitor receives the highest level of service and hospitality. Stump says, “creating new dishes exclusively for the market has been a highlight of the launch as he has taken onboard the comments and feedback from many local diners pre and post opening”. Panagakis, the visionary, is excited to implement his sustainable ethos of a dining experience into the capital by working alongside many local farms and suppliers to continue his legacy of “soil to table” menu items.
“BB” is derived from the Arabic words “Habibti” and “Habibi” (meaning love), a term of endearment used when speaking to a loved member of your family, friends, or community in specific cultures around the world. BB Social Dining at Rosewood Abu Dhabi aims to bring people from around the world together over food.
