Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: The award winning Japanese robatayaki restaurant, ROKA Riyadh is bringing its unique concept of contemporary Japanese cooking to the Diriya E-prix 2022 circuit with a one-of-a-kind experience. Throughout the two-day event taking place on January 28-29, guests of the E-formula will indulge in ROKA’s flavours and participate in an exclusive live cooking session led by creative culinary minds.
The twenty-minute cooking demonstrations will accommodate up to eight guests and run from 4pm until midnight, with an interval of two hours for racing in between. ROKA’s signature dish the kampachi sashimi no salada (yellowtail sashimi with yuzu-truffle sauce), an iconic dish made famous in London, will be featured.
Guests are invited to try the deliciousness that contemporary Japanese cuisine has to offer while enjoying the race and explore Diriya, home to one of Saudi’s UNESCO heritage sites.
The live cooking show is included in the entrance fee.
