Signature Set Menu by Chef Izu Ani

Chef Izu Ani’s Signature Set Menu presents his hand-picked selection of Mediterranean inspired specialties at IZU Restaurants first floor. Dishes are feature seasonal ingredients and now features the Grilled White Asparagus, Sea Bass Carpaccio, Grilled Squid, Wagyu Rib Eye and Crème Brulée for dessert.

Master Cuts at Mosaic

Join Mosaic for its Master Cuts experience every Sunday evening where the nine live cooking stations will be featuring premium beef cuts. The menu highlights Shanghai Style Char Siu Bao, Australian Wagyu Beef Roll with Enoki Mushrooms, USA Prime Beef Tenderloin Maki and Beef Carpaccio with Arugula. For the main dish, Grilled Wagyu Beef Steak, Slow Roasted Lamb Leg, Braised Short Ribs and Wagyu Beef Rib Eye with your choice of accompaniments.

Lobster Night at Mosaic

Lobster Night every Wednesday evening at Mosaic where the nine live cooking stations each present Lobster specialties. Highlights are Lobster Tempura and Avocado Roll, Singaporean Style Wok Fried Lobster Noodles, Sri Lankan Lobster Curry and Lobster and Tomato Pide.

Signature Menu at Liang

Every Friday and Saturday at Liang for lunch, enjoy authentic and traditional dishes that are well-known in every Chinese household. Highlights include Chicken Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, Wok-fried Eggs with Tomato, King Crab Rice Congee, Peking Style Pancakes, Chilled Celery and Walnut Salad, Steamed Siu Mai, Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings and Lotus Leaf-wrapped Glutinous Rice with Chicken.

Chef’s Recommendation Menu at Liang

Executive Chef Thomas’ Recommendation Menu at Liang features for starters, Assorted Steamed Dim Sum, Seafood and Sweetcorn Soup, Peking Duck and Vegetable Fried Rice. Main courses choose two dishes from Stir-fried Beef Rib-eye, Kung Pao Tiger Prawns, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Salt and Pepper Tofu and end with a signature dessert Chilled Mango Sago.

Tapas Menu at Ambar

Spanish tapas paired with exclusive wines at Ambar. The Tapas Menu includes Gambas Al Ajillo with sautéed Spanish Prawns in Garlic and Red Chili Oil with Crispy Baguette Bread, a classic Patatas Bravas with a Spicy Tomato Paprika Sauce and Garlic Aioli, Padrón Peppers with Maldon sea salt, Wagyu Tenderloin Sandwich and Beef Sliders.

The menu includes Salads, Sandwiches, Savoury Pastries, Cakes and Sweet Pastries. Warm Goat Cheese Salad, Avocado Crostini with sourdough bread and soft scrambled eggs, Brisket Roll with toasted brioche and beef brisket and Croissant Sandwich with Norwegian Smoked salmon and avocado. Sweeten up with cakes and patisserie and don’t miss the Mango and Passion Fruit Layer Cake, Raspberry Chocolate Brownie, Strawberry and Pistachio Frasier, Crème Brûlée Raspberry Tart and the MO Cheesecake with seasonal berries and tropical fruits.
