NMC Kia, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human resources and Social Development, Jeddah Government, Red Crescent, and Social Responsibility Association, recently planted trees in the Eastern Forest of Jeddah City. This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity was done to promote a healthier environment and to create a greener future for the city.
The NMC Kia team, along with representatives from the government sectors, spent the day planting a variety of trees and shrubs native to the area. The team also took part in activities such as weeding and pruning to ensure the plants.
NMC Kia has been actively involved in many Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities related to the 2030 Green Saudi Initiative, and Kia’s global sustainable strategy by supporting environment conservation projects in Saudi Arabia by having CSR activities, in addition, NMC has also taken part in several awareness campaigns to educate the public about the importance of sustainability.
