Indulge in flavours inspired by the holy month this Ramadan at 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, where diners will find two new limited-edition desserts available throughout the month of observation.

Boasting zesty and delicious ingredients, the first new specially curated dessert, ‘Golden Kunaffa’, by Head Pastry Chef Carmen Rueda Hernandez and her team showcases gooseberry, raisin, and mandarin jams with caramelized pistachio, caramelized white sesame, gula melaka and orange ice cream. Priced at AED 38 per portion, this dessert offers a modern and airy twist on a much-loved Middle Eastern classic.

Next comes the luxurious ‘Pistachio Carrot Slice’ – a contemporary interpretation of comforting carrot cake with caramelized pistachio and basil, priced at AED 38 per slice.

The two new limited-edition Ramadan desserts will be available to diners at 3Fils daily throughout the holy month.
