Perfect dishes to share include Jereesh infused with etrah, and Chestnut rice with lamb shank – a dish reminiscent of cosy campfire nights. No Parker’s feast would be complete without a slice of iconic Matilda Cake, perfect for large groups to share and available to order from the main menu (feeds 6 people).

Mr. Parker will also launch a pay-it-forward initiative where guests can purchase a collection of Ramadan merchandise, with all proceeds being donated to charity.
