YUi presents a range of Japanese dishes created using only the highest quality of ingredients, sourced from handpicked suppliers in Japan and local UAE-based farms, forgoing any artificial ingredients or preservatives to ensure a true-in-taste dish, every order.

While YUi Ramen House in D3 may be known for its drool-worthy bowls of ramen, the menu also presents traditional Japanese favourites including bao, yakitori, agemono and gyoza. This month, diners will find a range of new Japanese dishes to try, created using only the highest quality of ingredients sourced from handpicked suppliers in Japan and local UAE-based farms.

Forgoing any artificial ingredients or preservatives to ensure a true-in-taste dish, every order the menu’s new offering includes items from YUi’s speciality yakitori grill that was flown in from Japan. Delivering sizzling-good aromas across the restaurant during dinner service, the yakitori grill offers up mouth-watering skewers to try like the ‘Tsukune Yakitori’ – Japanese-style minced chicken meatballs served with onsen egg.

For the prawn lovers, the ‘Ebi Wanton’ is a delicious new addition combining prawn and cheese alongside a roasted tomato salsa, while the ‘Ebi Tempura’ comprises tender whole prawns in a light, crispy tempura that’s served with grated daikon radish.

For a zesty dish, the soft shell crab salad with mixed greens, mango, asparagus and pomegranates tossed in a soy onion dressing is sure to awaken the palate. Also new to try is the melt-in-the-mouth wagyu gyoza served with soy vinegar and sesame oil.

For diners looking to experience a true taste of Japan, YUi ensures authentic and deep Japanese flavours in every bite, and welcomes guests for lunch and dinner at its location in D3, while its dishes can be ordered for home delivery in the neighbouring areas via Deliveroo.

YUi is located at Ground Floor of Building 7, Dubai Design District, Dubai, and is open for lunch and dinner from 12pm – 4pm and 6pm – 10.30pm, daily.
