Chef Antonio Monzo, a culinary talent hailing from the gastronomically rich region of Campania, passionately crafts each dish at LUNAROSSA with authentic Italian essence. His culinary journey began in the renowned town of Paestum, where his passion for cooking was nurtured from a young age.
Antonio has accumulated a wealth of experience from kitchens around the world, including France, Spain, Montecarlo, Greece, Thailand, Cuba, Singapore, and Indonesia. Each place has left its mark on his cooking style, resulting in a simple yet diverse culinary approach. Following a decade of culinary exploration, he returned to Paestum to lead the kitchens at “Il Granaio” and “Lo Zio Tata,” both acknowledged in the respected Michelin guide.
