On the 3rd of July, Park Hyatt is launching Kalthoumiat breakfast in its Nafoura restaurant from 7.30 am to 10.30 am. The theme is inspired by the concept that a trip to Cairo wouldn’t be complete without trying the ancient Egyptian breakfast. You can enjoy the favorite home-made Koshari tea with authentic Egyptian breakfast at other side of the red sea. The lavish menu is for 2 person and includes, Egyptian Baladi bread, Fatier Mashaltiat, Black Honey, Kashta, Whote ghee, Olives & torsi, white cheese Tamieyah, Foul, Byied bil pastrma, Lamb liver, Vegetable platter, Fried Vegetable eggplant, Pepper & Potato, Koshari tea, coffee and water.
