Dubai, UAE- Folly & Friends, the popular culinary campaign from the renowned restaurant, Folly, is proud to announce their latest guest chef event as part of Gulfood’s ‘Dubai World Cuisine’ movement – a new chef-driven movement launched by Gulfood that aims to provide a platform for UAE-based chefs to collaboratively shape the cultural identity of Dubai, and further establish the city as a global culinary capital. On Friday, 24th February, Folly and their executive Chef Bojan Cirjanic will host Andrew Walsh, the mastermind behind the 1 Michelin-star restaurant, CURE in Singapore.

The event will feature a 7-course tasting menu of dishes created by both Bojan Cirjanic and Andrew Walsh, providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience, bringing together a blend of Irish elevated cuisine by CURE and modern European ingredient-led dishes by Folly.

The exclusive menu will be available for AED 475 for food only, or AED 850 for a food and beverage pairing.
