Establishing a new direction in Dubai’s vibrant culinary scene, ARIA will serve shisha while being Dubai’s first non-alcoholic cocktail rooftop lounge. ARIA offers an exquisite beverage menu that includes classic mocktails as well as innovative non-alcoholic cocktails infused with delightful twists.
ARIA’s rooftop lounge boasts a seating capacity of 120 guests, providing a truly exceptional experience by overlooking a magnificent glass-bottom pool. This mesmerizing feature allows guests to gaze through nine floors below, adding a touch of wonder to their visit. Moreover, the lounge also provides a designated area with a refreshing misting system, ensuring guests remain comfortable.
Derived from the Italian and Spanish word for “air,” ARIA aptly captures the essence of the lounge’s atmosphere. The concept draws inspiration from the Mediterranean landscape and its elevated positioning in the sky, providing guests with a breathtaking view of the Dubai International Airport runway. Guests can witness the awe-inspiring sight of planes taking off and landing, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop.
In addition to the inventive and classic mocktails and enticing shisha flavours, the carefully curated food menu including salads, burgers and wraps boasts variety ensuring there is something for everyone. Guests can enjoy a wide range of options from chicken tenders to scrumptious burgers. The vegetarians can look forward to falafel wraps and a range of salads among other tantalizing options.
