Guests are invited to explore a world of flavours with the launch of Café Gray’s Summer Menu. The all-day British brasserie by Campbell Gray Hotels has introduced a line-up of new dishes that showcases the finest ingredients sourced from local farms and suppliers, offering a blend of classic British dishes and contemporary creations, crafted to detail by the talented team of chefs.

Indulge in a diverse selection of starters such as Deep-Fried Baby Calamari, Baked Camembert Cheese Bites and Le Gray Tuna Tartare, that is sure to tantalise taste buds with its combination of avocado mash topped with fresh tuna seasoned with herbs and grain mustard. Guests can also choose from options of hearty soups and flavourful salads such as Gazpacho, Café Gray’s Signature Chicken Soup, and Quinoa Beetroot and Goat Cheese Salad.

The main course selection boasts an array of tempting options for every palate. Highlights include the Neapolitan-style Beef Milanese, Chicken Schnitzel, and Steak and Mushroom Pie to share. Vegetarians also have satisfying options to choose from such as Café Gray’s own Summer Salad, Mushroom Truffle Risotto, and the Summer Burger with grilled pineapple served with a vegan patty.

No summer dining experience is complete without a decadent dessert, such as the classic British favourite Eton Mess, Peach Crumble, Chocolate fondant, and special Tarts and Cheesecakes of the day that are sure to satisfy those sweet cravings.

The brasserie has also introduced a new Weekend Roast to the menu, offering diners a delectable choice of beef or chicken served with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, sauteed veggies, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Available from 12pm onwards every Saturday and Sunday, the weekend roast is priced at AED 96 for the chicken option and AED 110 for the beef option.

Café Gray is located on the ground floor of Dubai Hills Mall, next to the VIP valet car park at gate four. It is open from 10 am to 12 am daily.
