Continuing its journey across the country, Allo Beirut has landed in the North of Lebanon to embark foodies on an all-new culinary journey with love
After shining light on Lebanon’s Bekaa and Grand Beirut regions, Allo Beirut’s Back to Basics Campaign returns for a 3rd edition to present fresh ingredients and dishes all the way from North Lebanon! Sparking an emotional memory from yet another region, the campaign is presenting cherished flavours of the locale, with a nostalgic peek into its most popular items from cities like Tripoli, Koura, and Batroun. Available until the end of June for dine-in and delivery, new traditional menu items and authentic products can now be found across all Allo Beirut outlets.
North Lebanon represents the scenic outdoors of the country with its rocky terrains blending with the region’s historic monuments. Known for its vast greens and a variety of unique products, North Lebanon is the next stop to be represented by the Lebanese street food restaurant. Sourced from vendors in the region, Allo Beirut is now selling products like Kaaket El Khamis and Barazek as new retail items in-store and online, starting at just AED 32.
The products brought in from North Lebanon have also been used to create limited-edition menu items at Allo Beirut. Inspired by some of the region’s popular street food items, the award-winning restaurant has introduced a range of new dishes, crafted exclusively for this edition. These include the Arich Manoushe, Fateh Malizyeh, Bizri Sandwich, and Hummus Traboulsé amongst many other traditional items that highlight the region’s popular flavours. Showcasing the fishermen from the Mina, Allo Beirut is also serving Sayadieh, an authentic rice dish from the region, on a daily basis. The menu also includes the loved dessert Halawat El Jeben to add an extra dose of sweetness to the newly introduced range. Starting from AED 17 for dine-in and delivery, customers of Allo Beirut can now enjoy all-time favourites from North Lebanon until the end of June.
Following the success of the Back to Basics campaign, select retail items will continue to remain available from the previous editions. The products which have made their way to the permanent shelf at Allo Beirut include the Kaak B Halib, Beirut Kafta Sandwich, Armenian Mante, and a variety of Maamouls amongst others.
Back with its third edition, the Back to Basics campaign is a nostalgic treat for foodies wanting to relish in their childhood favourites. By going back to the roots of its culinary heritage, Allo Beirut is offering foodies the diversity of Lebanon, all while giving them a chance to relive the golden days right here in the UAE.
