Dammam, KSA– Almajdouie Motors Co., the dealer of Hyundai in the Eastern & Northern province, in collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company Africa and Middle East headquarter, announced the renewal of their joint effort with The Saudi Food Bank (Eta’am) to continue the “Mobility for Food Bank” initiative.
The initiative officially started from Al Majdouie Motors Co. Hyundai showroom in Al-Khobar city with the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding by the Saudi Food Bank (Eta’am) and Hyundai Motor Company, to provide a framework of cooperation to execute the Hyundai 2023 CSV campaign ‘Hyundai Continue’.
This year, Al Majdouie Hyundai has followed a new direction in involving young talents from volunteering students, to directly participate in a competition to design donation Food boxes, following the selected message for the ‘Hyundai Continue’ campaign concept and including them in the donation food box.
Al Majdouie Hyundai has supported the reach to rural areas and isolated beneficiaries by handing over a group of vehicles including Staria and HD65 trucks, 1 unit of HD65 Trucks was donated to load the packages and deliver them to the Labor and families supported by food banks and NGOs. Staria was also present in the launching campaign of the “Mobility for food bank” initiative started last year.
As a part of Al Majdouie Hyundai’s commitment to its responsibility as a mobility solution provider, Hyundai’s concept of mobility is not only defined by offering these solutions for customers but acceded to think of ways to expand the impact and achieve “sustainable mobility” by utilizing these solutions for good and connect to the remote people in the region, to get closer and connected in times of uncertainty to create an atmosphere of solidarity within the community.

Sherif El Gohary, MD of Almajdouie Motors Company Hyundai, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Saudi Food Bank (Eta’am), as well as to the students of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, who participated for the first time in packing and preparing meals for those in need, which numbered 650 meals distributed in the neighbourhoods of Dammam. Eng. El Gohary noted that Al Majdouie Motors Company Hyundai always affirms its keenness and full commitment to supporting community service in all its forms.

Dr. Wael Bin Sulaiman Fallatah expressed his happiness with the participation of university students in this community volunteer event, stressing the university’s keenness on the participation of its students in such events, in order to enhance the culture of volunteer work, which is considered one of the elements of the university student system, as the university is proud of the excellence of its students in the field of volunteer work by an amount Pride in their academic and knowledge excellence.
In turn, Faisal Al Shushan, CEO of the Saudi Food Bank Association, expressed “Eta’am”‘s pride in the partnership concluded with Al Majdouie Hyundai, pointing out that the contribution made by the company in the field of food support and the provision of enhanced means for the developed logistical work confirms Hyundai’s keenness to achieve integration with the association towards social responsibility.
