With a selection of dates and fresh juices to break the fast, there are also sumptuous starters, including hot and cold appetizers, fresh salads and homemade breads. Not forgetting the main event, which includes traditional Arabic Shawarma from a live station and a selection of charcoal-grilled meats; shish taouk, lamb koftas and mixed grill platters.
