Launching on Friday 26th May at 3Fils, the new Chef’s Table led by Executive Chef Shun Shiroma presents guests with an eight-course dining discovery
 

Harbourside restaurant, 3Fils will launch an exclusive new Chef’s Table kaiseki experience on Friday 26th May, which will take a permanent place on the 3Fils weekly culinary calendar every Friday and Saturday evening with 6pm and 9pm seating slots available.

 

Hosted from 3Fils’ all-new first floor private dining room that houses the intimate eight-seat chef’s counter and overlooks picturesque waters of the Gulf, the interactive experience is led by Executive Chef Shun Shiroma and his team of passionate chefs.

 

Presenting guests with the finest, and often surprising ingredients that are selectively sourced and imported from Japan each week, The Chef’s Table at 3Fils invites guests to embark on a creative discovery of delights from the sea during its first episode. Supporting seasonality, the experience will debut a new menu each month to showcase the best and freshest of what’s at market.

 

Inspired by Japan’s culinary traditions, the gastronomic journey is priced at AED 570 per person for eight courses paired with playful beverages that complement and enhance each dish.
